Ongoing maintenance is also necessary to maintain the unit’s quality.

  • Provides the services agreed to as part of the lease signed with the tenant and the HAP contract signed with MHA: Landlords are obligated to fulfill all promises made in the lease agreement, such as providing routine property maintenance or addressing tenant requests.
