Is there an application fee?
We do have a non-refundable application fee of $45.00 per applicant. This fee is for the background check and credit report.
How soon can I move in?
Once the verification is completed, deposit is received, and initial inspection is made on the property it is typically ready for occupancy. In some cases, the owner may need time to move out or prep the property.
How can I request a showing?
Each listing page has a “Contact Us” form that you can fill out to request a viewing of the home, or you can always give us a call at 901-560-7630
Are utilities included?
Utilities are not included in rent and must be turned on in tenants name within 3 days of move-in. Days charged to the owner after the tenant has possession of the home will be prorated and billed to tenant due within 30 days.
Are pets allowed?
This depends on the specific property. Some landlords request that no pets be allowed on premises and others allow them. If they are allowed, there is a nonrefundable pet deposit that must be given.
When is the rent due?
Rent is due on the 1st of every month. There is a grace period until the 5th of the month. After 5:00 p.m. on the 5th, a late fee is applied per your contract.
